Application and Crushing Duty
A PF impact crusher can be evaluated for limestone reduction and aggregate preparation, including secondary crushing within a quarry line. Suitability depends on what enters the crusher and what the next stage requires—not the material name alone.
Confirm the largest feed pieces, overall grading, abrasive inclusions and moisture or clay before comparing models. A feed that falls below a catalogue maximum still needs review against the desired reduction and operating conditions. This page does not establish suitability for every quarry material or every crushing stage.

Catalogue values are reference data. Actual capacity depends on feed grading, material condition, moisture, wear state, circuit configuration and required product specification.
The “<50 mm” entry is a product size reference, not a documented adjustable discharge range or a complete product grading. It does not specify the proportions of individual aggregate fractions. Check the required fractions, acceptable fines and screening arrangement separately.
How Impact Crushing Works
In a horizontal-shaft impact crusher (HSI), a rotating rotor transfers energy to material entering the chamber. Impact breakage and interaction with impact surfaces reduce the material before it exits.
Blow bars, breaker plates and impact plates are general industry terms used to describe HSI mechanisms. Exact internal arrangement and adjustment method depend on the offered model. These terms do not establish a common bill of materials, wear material or replacement structure across all four PF models.
This is an impact-crusher product reference, not a VSI sand-making-machine specification. Confirm the actual chamber, adjustment arrangement and intended duty with the equipment offer.
Match the Crusher to the Circuit
Review the crusher together with upstream feeding and downstream screening. The feed delivered by an upstream crusher may differ from the raw quarry feed; provide the feed that will actually reach the PF unit.
State whether oversize material returns to the crusher. Required finished-product output and crusher feed load are not necessarily the same when a circuit includes return material. Zhongji should review that relationship before selecting equipment.
The limestone crushing and screening planning reference provides whole-line context. It is not a standard layout for every project. Feeding, conveyors, screens and electrical scope should be confirmed alongside the crusher rather than assumed to be included.
Wear Parts and Supply Scope
Wear parts and replacement scope must be confirmed for the selected model and operating duty. Request identification of the applicable parts and the proposed supply arrangement; this page does not promise a wear material, service life or stock availability.
Ask the quotation to distinguish the crusher, motor or drive, controls, initial replacement parts and any associated equipment. Catalogue motor power and equipment weight do not define the complete delivery or installation scope. Freight, site preparation and installation support should be discussed separately where relevant.
