Who this reference is for
Mine owners, project buyers and technical teams planning graphite beneficiation with crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering, drying and final sizing.
Preliminary Project Design Reference
See the crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering, drying and screening stages shown in a preliminary 1000 TPD graphite process reference.
Preliminary process reference. Not a construction drawing. Final flowsheet, equipment selection and performance targets require representative ore testing, site data and technical confirmation.
Start Here
Use the three points below before reviewing the drawing or equipment models.
Mine owners, project buyers and technical teams planning graphite beneficiation with crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering, drying and final sizing.
Crush and screen the ore, control grinding size, use staged flotation and regrinding, then dewater, dry and separate the final product fractions.
It may be a useful starting reference when your duty and product route are similar. Ore mineralogy, test results, capacity and final product requirements may change the process and equipment.
Before Equipment Selection
These inputs determine whether the reference is relevant. The models in the drawing are not automatically the right models for another graphite project.
Representative sample, mineralogical information, raw graphite grade and available test reports.
Maximum feed size, required hourly or daily capacity and planned operating hours.
Target grade, target recovery and the test basis for both values.
Required particle-size fractions and moisture after drying.
Power supply, water availability, fuel availability and applicable site standards.
Country, site access, climate, elevation, available space and installation responsibility.
Source Drawing
The reference layout connects crushing, grinding and classification, multi-stage flotation with regrinding, dewatering, drying and final particle-size separation. Each section must be checked against the actual ore and the required graphite product.

The descriptions below explain the role of equipment shown in the drawing. They do not replace ore testing or detailed engineering.

The drawing shows a raw ore bin, vibrating feeding, primary jaw crushing, cone crushing, screening and belt transfer. The crusher and screen arrangement must be confirmed from actual hardness, abrasiveness, moisture and required mill feed.
Shown: ZSW380×95 · HD86 · GZG9015 · SC160S-C2 · SC160-F2 · 2YK2160

A Φ2.7×5.0 m ball mill and FG3000×14300 spiral classifier form the first grinding and classification section. The drawing then shows agitation, SF flotation cells and several rod-mill regrinding stages. This indicates a multi-stage flotation and regrinding route; it does not define a universal grind size, reagent regime, flotation time or pH.
Shown: Φ2.7×5.0 m · FG3000×14300 · XB-3000 · SF-8.0 · SF-4.0 · SF-2.8 · rod mills

The dewatering section includes a thickener, slurry pumps, a disc vacuum filter and filter presses. The subsequent drying line shows a Ø2.2×12 m dryer with a natural gas burner, cyclone separator, bag dust collector and induced-draft fan. Final sizing and responsibility for this package require project-specific technical confirmation.
Shown: NZ-9 · GP-10 · XMZ800/2000-40U · Ø2.2×12 m · cyclone · PPCS96-6

The final section uses a square gyratory screen and screw conveyors to separate four particle-size references shown on the drawing: ≤0.10 mm, 0.10–0.15 mm, 0.15–0.20 mm and 0.20–0.40 mm. The required product fractions must be confirmed by the buyer.
