Required Capacity
Required capacity affects the crusher size and overall configuration. A higher production target may require a larger machine or different supporting equipment.
Feed Material
Different materials can require different jaw plate configurations and wear-part choices, which can change the supplied configuration and operating cost.
Motor & Electrical Configuration
A quotation may include different motor, voltage, frequency and control-cabinet requirements. Confirm these differences before comparing prices.
Supply Scope
Two quotations may show the same crusher model but include different equipment and services. A crusher-only offer is not comparable with a scope that also includes the motor, control cabinet, accessories, wear parts, shipping, or service.

Put each supplier's offer on the same comparison basis before judging the total price.

What does a PEF400×600 or PEF600×900 quotation cover?
Before comparing prices, identify the duty and the machine in each offer. A lower total does not help when the quoted crusher cannot accept the intended feed or the offer leaves essential items to a separate supplier.

These are technical references, not price brackets or guaranteed operating outputs. The motor rating in a specification table does not, by itself, confirm that the motor is included in the quotation. Read the offered scope as well as the specification.
Use the jaw crusher model and technical references to identify the machine being discussed. For a production target, check the capacity selection example before asking suppliers to quote against that target.
Compare a new installation with a replacement on the right basis
For a new installation, ask which connections and supporting items remain outside the crusher supplier's scope. For a replacement, provide the existing model or a nameplate photo and explain what must connect to it. Do not assume a similar model label makes another machine interchangeable.
The quotation should distinguish the crusher itself from the items that will be retained, supplied separately or confirmed after the initial review. That is a more useful comparison than treating every “crusher with motor” offer as an identical package.

Ask for a quotation with the right starting information
Know the model? Send it, say whether this is a new installation or a replacement, and state the destination country. A nameplate photo can help with a replacement inquiry.
Do not know the model? Start with the material and the output you need. Add the largest feed size and intended finished product when available. There is no need to estimate missing figures just to start the discussion.
Ask for the offered machine and included items to be listed separately from options and items still to be confirmed. A total without that scope is difficult to compare.
